On Sunday December 9th, 2012 we met up at Highland Quick Stop in Cowiche Washington for the annual Eastern Washington Adventures Sledding Run.

Rimrock Christmas Tree Backroads Run

About 10 AM on Saturday December 1st, 2012 we met up at Oak Creek Ace Hardware for the annual Eastern Washington Adventures Christmas Tree Backroads Run with Pacific Northwest Backroads Adventures.

We convoyed west on US12, turned off on Tieton Road and then drove on FS1201 to the end.

We spread out looking for the right Christmas Tree to cut down and ...

PNW4WDA Region 4's
"Pick Up A Mountain"

Every year on the third weekend of September, Region 4 of the Pacific Northwest 4 Wheel Drive Association holds a big event at Jim Sprick Park to pick up trash in the surrounding mountains of the Naches Drainage.

People started setting up camp Thursday afternoon and by Friday night the park was packed.

Friday September 7th, 2012 we had an Eastern Washington Adventures club meeting. TJ40, Avalanche and Guido camped out for Saturday's event. AlwayswrenchN and family pulled into camp Saturday morning.

Darland Mountain Loop Drive

On Sunday September 2nd, 2012 we took our friends for a drive to the Ahtanum State Forest to do the Darland Mountain loop. They had never been to the Ahtanum State Forest so we showed them some of the different places we like to go.

We first took a drive though the Ahtanum Campground and then made an outhouse stop at the Ahtanum Winter Recreation Trailhead.
