Boulder Cave Hike & 4th of July EWA Club House Get Together

Around 10 AM Wednesday July 4th, 2012 Eastern Washington Adventures members met up at Oak Creek Ace Hardware in Naches for the annual Boulder Cave hike. We convoyed to Boulder Cave Trailhead near Cliffdell, Washington.

Environmentalists Erasing American History

Here is an news article that upsets me. It is about a federal judge ordering the Forest Service to remove a historic lookout from Green Mountain in the Glacier Peak Wilderness. I do not think any law newer than a historical sites should give anyone the right to remove the site. The lookout most likely has saved lives in the past and could in the future. 2012 Slab ORV Area Clean-up

On Saturday March 24th, 2012 volunteers met up at the Slab ORV Area near Buena Washington around 10 AM for the Slab Clean-up hosted by the Dust Dodgers & Yakima/Kittitas Forest Watch Association (a division of Eastern Washington Adventures).
